WHAT WE DO

The journey begins with getting to know you, trying to understand your visions and practical necessities, working out costs and time scales.

After we have figured out a strategy, all things considered, we take our client through a fully immersive virtual reality experience. we do this to make sure you are 100% comfortable with our vision before construction starts.

Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll connect you with contractors and draw up a detailed drawing and construction package. Then we offer additional interior design services, as the icing on the cake

HOW IT WORKS.

From ultra-modern homes to grand conservation projects, our studio specialises in a wide range of projects. We are hugely passionate about bespoke design, catering to wide range of clients with unique requirements and tastes.

We pride ourselves in efficient cost effective delivery and superb presentation using state of the art virtual reality technology, making dull 2D plans come to life with light, interior design and 3D imagery, all viewed through a VR headset.

3D VIRTUAL REALITY

We use innovative 3D virtual reality technology to bring your floor plans to life . We find this really helps to understand how your project will look in the early design stages. Your Virtual Reality headset will also enable you to make informed decisions during the process. We want you to be completely comfortable with how your new living space will look and feel, even down to the detailed specifications, before we commence the build.

With every project you will receive a free LAM headset, so you can show friends and family at home.

Conservation

More than one in five buildings in the UK pre-date 1919 and the competence of qualified practitioners in the diverse field of conservation practice is essential. Our historic environment is one of the UK’s most valuable assets and it is passed on, cherished and valued from generation to generation.

We believe that architects have a primary role in identifying the potential challenges of historic buildings, areas and places, including managing change in a sustainable manner. Architects find design solutions including the repair, maintenance, adaptation and re-use of historic buildings and places that sustains and promotes their cultural significance.

Our practise takes conservation very seriously. Michael, our senior architectural conservation consultant has over 40 years experience in the industry. He is a grade one credited Conservation Architect, making him one of the most qualified architects in his field.
