Tara lamb
An RIBA chartered architect, Tara established LAM Architects in 2018 following over 10 years’ experience in senior roles in large Architecture and interior design practices in Brighton, London, Belfast and China. Tara ensures that every aspect of the building from the fabric to the final finishes are considered and incorporated into the design. Tara is involved in every project in the office to ensure that the idea is maintained from conception to completion.
The Idea

Nick has over 12 years fulltime experience in various architectural practices and has project delivery experience in a considerable number of sectors such as conservation, government, Commercial and Residential. Nick joined LAM architects in 2019 establishing a clear organisation for how projects are managed and run day to day. It is this plan that ensures the client can expect to be lead through their project seamlessly with a clear understanding of what to expect.
THE PLAN
Bridget Bale
After her Architecture degree at University of Bath, Bridget completed a masters in Queens university. She has extensive experience working in London, Madrid, and Sydney before joining us here at LAM. Bridget’s attention to detail and work ethic ensure that she runs the teams and the projects to keep them on budget and on time. Bridget shares the company ethos that every aspect of the design should be considered from the Architecture to the final interior finishes that make a project come to life, it is this consideration that ensures we keep a consistent high quality in every new and ongoing project.
THE DETAIL
SCOTT GRAHAM
Before completing a degree and a master’s in architecture at the University of Ulster Scott started his career with a degree in Landscape architecture from the University of Edinburgh. This provided him with professionally focused landscape architectural skills and a critical awareness of the context of contemporary landscape in architecture practice. Scott has worked in Architecture practices throughout Belfast before joining LAM in 2021. It is this passion for all aspects of architecture design from setting to final finishes that make Scott and integral part of the LAM team.
THE DESIGN
Traolach McKnight
Traolach studied architecture at University College Cork before joining LAM. He is passionate about using modern technologies to push designs and achieve a higher standard. Traolach is not only skilled in the art of space design and improving layouts but also how the detailed design will affect the final product. Aligned with our nothing is impossible mantra, Traolach’ s can do attitude and problem solving has improved productivity in the office as a whole since he started.
THE WORK
DARRAGH hAugheY
Darragh joined LAM in 2021 with a degree in architecture from Queen’s University Belfast. After graduating Darragh developed his 3d computer skills in the Czech Republic where he worked on Micro Homes and Modular housing using the most up to date 3d modelling software. Darragh uses cutting edge computer simulation and VR to develop our designs and make your vision a reality. This ensures you can be fully immersed in the project within a virtual world before a contractor has even been appointed.
THE LOOK
hARPER lamb
Harper is highly skilled in the art of relaxing. She has been a member of LAM architects since 2019 when she joined as the director of happiness. Always on hand to provide a boost to morale and provide important input on lunch selections.
